GREENLINE
GREENLINE™ · THE NEXT CHAPTERCONTENTS

Introducing GREENLINE. A new ERP with a CPA perspective. It applies built-in IFRS® rules, supports ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia, and provides IPO readiness capabilities for SMEs, set out here the way a CPA reads a company.

IFRS® ACCOUNTING STANDARDSBUILT IN · RULES ON EVERY POSTING

FOUNDER'S STATEMENT

“Most systems record what happened. Very few know what the standards require. GREENLINE starts from the standard.”
Shady Emara Shady Emara, CPA Founder, GREENLINE

NOTE 1

Basis of preparation.

The standard proposes the entry. You approve it.

GREENLINE applies full IFRS Accounting Standards as endorsed in the Kingdom. Preventive rules check every posting. At period end each rule measures what its standard requires from the books on the closing date, compares that with the balance held and proposes the journal that closes the gap. An accountant posts it. An owner can accept a finding only with a written reason, and the reason stays on the record.

NOTE 2

Compliance in the Kingdom.

ZATCA Phase 2 tax and simplified invoices, credit and debit notes, with the cryptographic stamp, QR code and hash chain. The VAT return and the zakat declaration come from the same books, prepared, reviewed and approved.

Scope: Saudi Arabia only. E-invoicing in other countries is assessed separately.

Local content: the entity-level score prepared from the same books in the Authority's template, and each government contract's local content tracked to the final report.

XBRL filing: the approved financial statements produced in XBRL, tagged to the IFRS-based taxonomies required by Qawaem, the Ministry of Commerce filing platform, and, for listed companies, by the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

NOTE 3

Path to listing.

IPO readiness capabilities for SMEs: the route to the Saudi Exchange, Main Market or Nomu, as eight tracked steps. Each step has its owner, its evidence and its status, with checks against what the ledger can show.

Scope: preparation. Eligibility is decided by your advisers, the CMA and the Exchange.

NOTE 4

Your books. Your auditors. A shared framework.

GREENLINE brings built-in IFRS rules to your finance workflow. Your team and your external auditors review the numbers on a common basis.

PREPARE THE NUMBERS. SUPPORT THE REVIEW.

4.1

A posting.

A transaction starts a reporting decision. GREENLINE checks it before it reaches the ledger: balanced, dated, on a postable account with the dimensions it needs.

4.2

A reporting decision.

The rule shows its accounting basis: the standard, the measurement and the entry it proposes. Setting a finding aside needs a written reason.

4.3

A review.

The records stay with the decision: who prepared, who reviewed, who approved and when.

BUILT BY CPAs TO SERVE CPAs.

4.4

Four eyes on every return.

One accountant prepares, a different accountant reviews, the owner approves. Each version is frozen with its SHA-256 fingerprint.

4.5

A record nobody rewrites quietly.

Adjustments, waivers and closes are written to a hash-chained log. A broken link shows where the chain was touched.

4.6

Money leaves through one door.

Payments follow a controlled, journaled path with the approvals your policy sets.

4.7

Configured, never customised.

Chart of accounts, entities, statement layouts, rules and workflows are your company's settings, not code.

Alignment means a shared reporting framework and records that support review. Your auditor's conclusions remain independent.

NOTE 7

Questions.

Which countries does GREENLINE support?
Saudi Arabia first. Other GCC and MENA countries are assessed before any commitment.
Will our auditor agree with numbers prepared in GREENLINE?
No system can promise that. GREENLINE gives your team and your auditors a shared framework and records that support review.
Can GREENLINE make us IPO ready?
It supports the preparation: the reporting, the records and the controls. Your advisers assess eligibility.

Book your finance-readiness demo.

Bring one workflow from your last close: a reporting decision, an invoicing exception, or the evidence your auditor asked for. We confirm your jurisdiction and reporting needs, show the supported workflow on sample records, and agree the next step.

Outside Saudi Arabia? We confirm the supported scope for your country before any demonstration, and keep you on the country-interest list until then.
