APPENDIX

Personal data sent through this website.

This appendix covers e-mail you send us and your visits to this website. Personal data processed for customers inside GREENLINE is covered by the customer agreement.

A.1

Who we are.

GREENLINE, founded by Shady Emara in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact: info@greenlineksa.com.

A.2

What we collect.

This website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. We receive personal data only when you e-mail us: your e-mail address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, company, role, country and the workflow you are interested in.

Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver this website and protect it from attacks. We do not use that data to identify you.

A.3

Why we collect it.

To reply to you, to arrange, hold and follow up on a demonstration you ask for, and to confirm whether GREENLINE supports your country and reporting needs. We do not use your details for anything inconsistent with that purpose.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by writing to us, and, for technical data, our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure. We send updates and event invitations only if you ask for them, and every message lets you opt out.

A.4

If you do not provide it.

Without an e-mail address we cannot reply to you. Everything else you include only helps us prepare.

A.5

Who sees it.

The GREENLINE people who handle your request, and two kinds of service provider: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and protects this website and forwards e-mail sent to our address; and the provider of the mailbox where we read and keep your messages. We do not sell personal data.

Cloudflare serves this website from a global network, and our mailbox provider may store messages outside the Kingdom. Any transfer outside the Kingdom is made only as Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom permit.

A.6

How long we keep it.

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which your messages are destroyed. If you become a customer, the customer agreement applies instead.

A.7

How we protect it.

Access is limited to the people who need it to handle your request. This website is served only over encrypted connections, and the accounts that hold your messages are protected by two-factor sign-in.

A.8

Your rights.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may be informed of the legal basis and purpose of the collection; access your personal data; obtain a copy in a readable and clear format; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to destroy it once it is no longer needed; and withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to info@greenlineksa.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the Law.

A.9

Changes.

We post any change to this notice here, with a new date.

This notice is written under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulations.
